Christmas list creator

Anyone know of an app that will let you create a christmas (wish list) by scanning items as you find them in a store only to have them appear as a wish list on someone elses phone? Looking for a way to indentify things i want for Christmas by scanning them as i find them in a store and her do the same. The goal is each others list automatically populate on each others phone?
