There is not one that I am aware of. I seem to recall there being one for the Rescue Squad in the past but that may just be my imagination. I will ask around a bit and see if I come up with something more definitive for you.

No official chat/IRC channel as they are hard to moderate and they tend to get out of hand easily.

See you got your name change. Every site that I've been on with one exception, has dumped their chat rooms due to the problems associated with them. They just never seem to work out.
