search for bettercut from the market, its 99 cents i think. then you can get their icon packs for free, or you can use other icons if you have them already. open bettercut, edit shortcut,choose the shortcut you want to change the icon of, hit the big change icon button above the name of the shortcut, choose pick from icon pack if you have bettercut icon packs downloaded or pick picture if they are from somewhere else like your gallery, the rest is pretty easy.
