changing font size

hello, it's me sjh53221 again. the other day i accidently found the screen on my droid x that showed the font size on the phone. i didn't change it, but now i need to in order to enlarge the msgs.

i've tried for hours to locate that area again, and I CAN NOT!!.
please help me.
