Changing boot animations.

I'm running hexen on my d2g and was wondering if i could use absolute system root tools app to change boot animations? I asked on the hexen thread and have recieved no answer?

I think so, if u have root explorer you can just replace it like me I decided to remove it at the power on so I can have more ram space. The boot animation is at system/media/

I would second using Root Explorer, but I would suggest *not* putting it into /system/media. The original BA is located there, but if you put it into /data/local, the system looks there first, and runs the files. If nothing is located there, it defaults to the original one in /system/media.
If you place a file that somehow got corrupted in /data/local (bad download, faulty incomplete upload by creator) you can simply remove it from there and it goes back to the default one.
