Change colour of touch controls?

I got my Droid replaced today due to small spots (dead pixels or dust under the screen or something) and I can't figure out how to change the colour of the touch controls again.
I'm fairly certain they were tinted purple on my old one, and I think it happened after I set the LED colour on Handcent. But I can't figure out how to recreate this.

I dunno, maybe I was just imagining it.
Anybody?

I don't think you were imagining the purple.... If I'm not mistaken, if they were tinted purple it was actually a defect in the lighting
