Noob here and I need help with something. My Droid 2 is rooted and I have already downloaded and installed the SBF for 2.3 OTA. What I want to know is how do I change the Android ID? I was hoping that the new OTA would change it but it didn't since I didn't get the official OTA download from my phone but downloaded it from here.
I have already tried the app Android ID Changer which didn't work (kept something that I was missing some files that are used for rooting, but they were there the app just didn't find them). Anyway, is there a solution for this? And if there is, could it be explained in noob language.
