I don't know if this will help, but if you have Verizon, there is an app they have in the Market that will give you your usage stats (mins, txt, data, etc) and it's free.

Verizon has an application, I believe it's called "My Verizon" and it let's you know everything, texts, mobile to mobile, minutes used

Edit: Third place is better than fourth place
