If you have your your phone for more than 2 years your insurance and warranty is worthless. You pay every month but if the Droid has a glitch you get nothing. Hit it with a hammer before you take it in,you will get screwed unless you do. They do not cover any programming /software problems no matter what. 30% of all Droids have uncovered problems and they do not pay/replace more than 2% of the claims; do you feel lucky? If your Droid works make sure that what you bought for insurance will be any good. I have been with Verizon when they were Air touch. In all those years I never had any problems but know watch your ass. Check what you have they lie all the time. The products crash in 1 1/2 years and unless you hit it with a hammer so it shows physical damage your warranty insurance is worthless. Good luck Rod
