You ever ran into the issue of losing your card and needing money out the ATM? If it happened on the weekend then you are out of luck until Monday morning, and even if your bank issues you a new card that normally takes a few days to get it. Well now tech is out to allow people to use their smart phones to withdrawal money from the ATMs.
