Car mode help

I didn't even know I had this. My phone is going into and out of car mode by itself. How do I stop this?

I have taken the battery or, didn't work. Stock phone, never did anything to it.

Do you have a magnet near by? That's what determines whether or not the Thunderbolt goes into car mode.

I didn't think so but this all started when I came to the hospital yesterday. Now I am in a regular room. Guess I'll have to see when I get out.
