Capture GPS location when taking a picture?

Is it possible for the Droid to capture the location of a picture, if the GPS is on? I have played a little with Google latitude, but though this would be a step up. We went on a balloon ride this morning, and if would have been great if I knew where each picture had been taken. I know Picasa lets you add a location, but can it determine it?

Yes. I think it only works for pictures...not videos. In camera settings, set store location to ON.
