Can't Upload Video to YouTube

Droid Bionic. Can't upload videos anywhere, Youtube, Facebook, to my desktop. Tried everytrhing. Re-booted. Always get the same message-Retrying... HELP!!!!!

Hello and welcome... I don't use my bionic much anymore.. but I had an issue loading video to fb, but never to you tube... I'm sure someone who can help will be along to help you.

It just doesn't make sense. My guess is it's a hardware issue with the phone.
