cant update

I downgraded my Droid incredible 2 today, and when I try to update it, it says no updates are available.

Can any of you guys help me?

I have no clear idea these things 100% correct. According to my Knowledge I advise. I think you mention that installed apps, not display no updates. If so please follow these methods.
Clear market app data and cache.
Restart phone.
If above methods not work.

Reset phone.
