Can't uninstall apps?

Forum,

I have an app call "live Hold'em Poker", and I can not uninstall it.

I have read that its not in the market anymore because of gambling issues and what not, thats fine, but I can't seem to get rid of it. The app wants me to upgrade to blah blah blah, I would like to just get rid of it.

My question is, how do you get rid of an app after you install it, then they take it off the market, you goto uninstall it, and you can't?

Getting the message while in the market, "The requested item could not be found."

Thanks in advance for any help, and im sorry if this is either in the wrong place, and/or if its already been posted elsewhere as I could not find anything related.

If its something u installed go to:

Settings, applications, manage applications find the app u wanna remove click it and follow uninstall instructions
