Cant transfer video's to pc from droid charge

I have had my droid charge since end of april. I can transfer pic's to pc but am unable to transfer vidoes. What am i doing wrong?? Pleez help! My pc has windows xp.

not trying to be mean or rude but id take this to the charge area not the Droid 4 area.

Perhaps making sure your drivers are up to date. I had a similar problem that was solved by this.
