Cant send email

I noticed today I cannot send any email from my phone. The emails just get stuck saying "Sending..."

Has anyone had this problem before?

Found the fix: (forgot about step 2 which was causing some confusion)
Go to menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications.

Then click menu -> Filter -> All.

Scroll down until you see the Gmail and Gmail Storage. Click both of these and select clear data.

The phone will then resync with Gmail and all should be well.

I am having the same problem with sending emails from the non-gmail accounts. Specifically with verizon and other pop3 accounts - i receive fine, but sending just hangs........does the above mentioned fix work for that as well?

its worth a shot, see if you can clear the app cache on that program... i dont use it so i dont have it installed
