Can't receive/send calls and texts

So my incredible 2 hasn't been able to send or receive text messages or receive calls (but I can make calls). Has anyone had this problem or know how to solve it? I'm abroad in Barbados right now and not actually using a Verizon sim card at the moment, but it seems to be a phone problem and not a network problem because I've tried using multiple other sim cards from different networks here. Also, my phone was working fine for the first two months I was here, then it stopped working last week, started working again for a day, then stopped working again. Thanks for any help anyone can offer!!
