Cant load pdanet or easy tether on computer

Cant get either one to install on my laptop with xp. Any know what to do?

have downloaded each, but they fail to install on computer. They start installation, but fail to complete.

This sounds like you have a 'company' computer that provide you with limited or no administrative rights or your own computer and you are not logged in with administrative rights.

You need to log in with administrative rights for these installs to run.

I have installed each on Windows XP (SP3), Vista, and Windows 7 and the installs worked perfect.

Both products function as expected.

I don't know if its related but double twist refuses to install on my computer. are you running windows 7 64 bit ? it has a lot of compatibility issues. that's what I have
