Can't find uninstalled app (Set Cpu)

Uninstalled Set Cpu. Now i want to reinstall it but cant find it on my phone. Can anyone tell me how to find uninstalled apps please so i can reinstall it?

just search for it agian in the market. it should come up right away in the search bar and you can reinstall it

Says installed. Only option i have is Refund.
