Started out trying to download some mp3 files from my PC (Windows XP) to my T'bolt to use for ringtones. But, when I connect the phone to the PC and mount it as a disc drive, nothing happens. I had seen that I should get a popup window, or if not, show it as a drive in 'my computer'. But I have nothing. When I connected the USB, got the standard tone that it was connected and a popup window that the device was recognized. But just can't find a trace of it. I also tried opening up the HTC Sync page and when I do, it says no device is connected. I also did a Windows troubleshoot and decided to try to download the drivers again but got a message that said no newer items than I have were available. Any ideas? Thanks.
