can't find all my music files...

I have connected my maxx to my pc and i can only find some of my music files. How do i find the rest? I'm trying to backup all my music on my laptop.

Did you look in your internal memory as well as your external SD card?

Try to hook up your phone to your laptop. Select mass storage.

Then on your computer manually look through each file that might contain music.

If you can't find any on your computer then that means either the music files are messed up for some reason or its just not on your phone.
