I do work on multiple computers, and found the easiest thing was to just email stuff to myself.
I have my droid set up for 2 email addresses. One is my school email (which is gmail based), the other is my gmail.
Whenever I email myself something, it doesn't show up as a new email (unless I go through the browser).
