Can't down load anything! Help!

Hi
I'm new here.
I have Motorola Milstone (the GSM virsion of Droid)
and in the last weak i have a problem the almost every app that i try to download from the market i get "download unseccsesfull".

I have 120MB free on my phone.

Now i found another problrm that if i try to download sofware update from "about phone" menu, i get "there is not enough space to install this update".

I looked in forums and clear every cache i could, try WiFi\3G
and nothing work.

please help!!!

Hi.
I "solved" the problem- try do do factory reset but the phone didin't started after that.
so, i install all the rom again using RSD and now all back to work.

Glad you got it sorted.

Some times a cure for a "market won't download" issue is to do the following: Menu/Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/Running/Market/Clear Cache/Clear Data.
