Can't Boot to Bootloader

I need to get my droid back to stock so I can take it in and (hopefully) get a new one since my power button is broken. The only problem now is that I can't boot into the bootloader to flash the SBF. I've tried apps to get to it (ex. reboot into bootloader) and that just boots it up normally. I've also tried directly accessing it via pressing up on the d-pad during boot and that just leaves me at a black screen.

I'm running CM7 nightly24 with CWM 2.5.0.1
