cant attach multiple pictures in mms message

hey guys im having issues attaching multiple pictures in 1 text message. I have done this before but wont let me do it now. It says that the file size is to large. it usually created a slideshow before, but now the "paperclip" method isn't working for me. I did restart and still having this issue. please help!! thanks josh

Have you checked to see if the resolution of the shots has changed? Smaller is better.
