Cannot upload video with Youtube App

I get a crash and an error when I try to upload video taken with the phone:

"The application Youtube (process com.google.android.youtube) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

I got this phone three days ago and it has worked flawlessly except for this.

How do I fix it?
