cannot recieve MMS messages on my droid razr m

When I receive an MMS messages it asks me if I would like to download or reject the messages. If I click download is comes up with an alert saying. MMS messages can not be sent or received until your data access is re enabled. Please check your data delivery settings to enable data connectivity. I have called Verizon and they see no problem. Can anyone tell me how to fix this. Because I cant figure it out ?

You did try to reboot the phone right?! Sometimes that does the trick. Plus make sure auto retrieve is checked under settings in your text client.

Yeah this has happened since I got the phone a few weeks ago. Turned off many times. And yes that setting is turned on
