Cancelling/Uninstalling 3G Mobile Hotspot Service?

Is there a way to cancel and/or uninstall the 3G mobile hotspot service? I'm not a fan of it, since it keeps on losing signal every 3 minutes.

If not, then if I don't use the service period, will I still get charged for it?

call 611 or you will continue to be charged....Even if you don't use it.
