Can you put speciifc mail folders on the desktop?

You have the one icon on the desktop for mail. It opens your primary inbox. Can you place a shortcut on your desktop for another folder on your desktop? (e.g. "Team leaders")

just press and hold on youre home screen. A Add to home screen will appear. You can add shortcuts from there

I don't see where you can add a mail folder. Am I missing it?
