Can the milestone 2.1 update be put on the droid?

No, it's not compatible. Milestone uses GSM and the Droid uses CDMA.

Yep, running the Cyanogen custom 2.1 rom now with the Milestone browser. I used to use the xscope browser for the pinch zoom, but now I don't because the Milestone browser's pinch zoom is great.
