Can some one make me a boot animation?

Does any one know how to make boot animations using videos and sound. I'm trying to get this http://m.youtube.com/index?desktop_...t=mv-google&xl=xl_tsp&xl=xl_tsp&v=9_QnC1XBFxw after second 15 with sound. Can some one show off some skill I would really appreciate it.
