Can not receive Corporate Emails..

...Hello, new to the forum. Seem to be getting used to the new phone but I am having trouble with my corporate sync with my 2003 Exchange Server. I was able to sync my contacts, calender and am able to send emails. The only thing the phone will not do is receive emails from my work. Is there a trick to this???
