Can I ignore posts by certain users?

Edit: to clarify, I want to not see posts from certain users. I know I can ignore any post, before some wiseguy chimes in...

If you go into your USER CP, and go to your ignore list, if you add them to your ignore list, it will ignore all posts from the user.

Like the ones that Center Justify?
