Can a DX baseband be used on a D2?

I'm getting ready to install the MIUI ROM on my wife's D2. I just did it for my DX. The baseband on the DX has been updated and I was wondering if I could use the same one on my wife's D2. Does anyone know if this is possible, or should I just stick with the baseband already on it?

BTW, does anyone know what the latest sbf is for the D2 and where I can download it? Thanks, again.

Maybe a better question is whether or not radio/basebands are phone specific, or can they be used on any phone of a given carrier?

Uhh don't take my word on this but I don't think basebands are interchangeable unless the DX and the D2 have the exact same radio with the exact same software on it already, and theres probably other things that I don't know about so I would say no.
