Try uninstalling all third party camera apps, and see if the stock camera app still makes a sound, it could be a third party app forcing it to make the sound.

Ok, so Camera Zoom FX is the culprit, its forcing the shutter sound. Is there any settings in the Camera Zoom FX app itself to disable the sound?

So even with the option disabled in both camera apps, its still makes the sound?

Odd... I just downloaded the app, and yeah, even with both apps unchecked for the shutter tone it still makes it, that's weird...

Must be a bug on the app side.
