Cam Problems

i purchased a droid 3 the other day and everything was working fine, then the next day my friend wanted to video chat and see a picture of my kids and i started the camera and my phone said unable to initiate and then went back to the main screen. the next day i took it into verison and they said everything is okay its just an app somewhere on my phone that is stopping it from working right, so i uninstalled all the apps i installed and still not working..... please please please help me with this.

Call up Verizon and have them send you a new one. I had one that did this (back camera worked fine, front camera would crash and say "failed to initialize") and the only thing that worked is sending it back to Verizon and getting a new one.

It's a pretty painless process. Just do it.

i went in to them and im having that exact problem and they only said its an app thats causing the problem. so the only thing i can do is take it in and get a replacement?
