Drod said he may get something out for the DX, but honestly, i doubt it will happen. He's moved on to a phone that has the ability to be ROM'd to its full potential and no one can really hold him against that.

But remember, when the DX2 comes and people start working on it, devs will get roms out. They always do and thats why we love them.
