Caller ID Photo Directory

So, I have a folder on my phone that I use exclusively for my caller ID photos. Is there a way to either

a. Hide it
or
b. Remove it without affecting my caller ID photos?

I'm assuming the fix is to root the phone, then hide the folder somehow.
