Caller ID doesn't show when I'm recieving a call

It's happened a couple of times already.

When someone is calling me... all my Droid does is play the ringtone and/or vibrate and the screen would be just black... so I can't even tell who's calling.

Then after I missed the call... the Droid tells me to activate the phone?!

Is there a solution to this and has anybody else had this problem?

P.S. I've never had this problem on 2.0 or 2.0.1...

(I'm not rooted either)

This has been happening with increased frequency over the past month, a lot of other users have reported this issue, including myself. We thought it had to do with helix launcher (1 and 2) but others have reported this issue using other launchers, so no one that I know of it sure of what is causing this issue. Its pretty annoying though.

Anybody else have knowledge on this issue? We're having this EXACT problem, too...and it is quite annoying.
