Call messing up

Every time I make a call my ally will not let me hang up so I'm forced to take the battery out and put it back in annyone having the same probl

I have the same problem. I went to verizon to discuss the issue and I was given 2 choices root the phone or get a refurbished phone. They can not guarantee either option will correct the problem. May be related to 2.2.
