Call forwarding

Hi here is my dilemma:

I have 2 lines, 1 smartphone and 1 plain phone. Let's put up a scenario.

Smartphone = line a
Plain phone = line b

I want to forward all calls from line b to line a but instead of the caller id being of the caller, I want it to display the id of the forwarded phone.

Can I do this?
Maybe an app can help?

Yeah I know it can be done since I have read about it but if it can be done with Verizon is what I want to figure out.
