Going to friends this weekend. Was wondering if there was anyway we both could use each of our xbox acct on one xbox to play online so my stats would be saved?

Yes. I did this with my friend. All you have to do is add an account and select existing account. Put in your info and game away.

It would be faster to download your profile before you start the game. Start the xbox up, sign out any profiles, select sign in and retrieve your profile using your email and password. I do this all the time. Before you leave, you may want to remove you're profile from his xbox otherwise anyone that plays on your friends xbox can play and purchase things under your name.
