Busy Signal / Call Back

Is there a program that when you call someone and their phone is busy, that your phone will automatically retry that call again, without you manually doing it? Thanks.

Under call settings, there's an option for "Auto Retry Mode". Not sure what exactly it does or how it works though.

Well, now I am really confused, for not having touch any settings, I found Auto Retry was checked, but it seems it does ship. There are no settings for Auto Retry. Anyone now what this Auto Retry is suppose to do?
