burned image on screen?

I had to send my Ph in. It was replaced with "like new" however this phone if you look closely on dark screen and on reboot has a burned image in the screen. Sounds crazy
But it is there.. guess taking to store again.

Burned Image Screen

I feel your pain. My GS3 was having issues with locking up. Not from a burned image. Went to Verizon store for replacement. Got like new refurbished not new phone. Argued for an hour about not being able to get new phone. Was told this policy was from Samsung and there was nothing they could do. After activating refurbished phone and setting in dock, I noticed burned images in the screen. Got on phone to Verizon and they said they would send another. Guess what? That phone also has a burned image. Getting on the phone again to today to get another phone.
