Browsers that support SSL client side certificates

Does anyone know of a browser aside from Sandrob that supports SSL client side certificates on Android?

Does the native ICS browswer or does Chrome support SSL client side certificates?
Sandrob works but isn't as fast as some 3rd party browsers like Dolphin.
