Browser problem

Hi the browser on my phone has this annoying problem where if I scroll down to read the webpage before it is fully loaded, it will pop back to the top when it has fully downloaded the webpage. Anyone face this problem? Is there a fix for this? Chrome seems to be doing this too. Any third party browser that can solve this annoyance? Thanks.

I haven't seen this problem so I wonder if it is the browser or connection speed. A faster browser may make a difference, Next Browser or Lightning Browner may help.

yeah seems to be a problem with the site. Tried firefox/dolphin/opera same problem occurs.
