The right side of my touchscreen has not been working for about a week now. I've tried everything but unrooting. Today I installed launcher 7 and its perfect! With this home replacement you don't need the right side of the screen and you can use every tile on the home screen. The app drawer loads as a list so you can select all of them without trouble. Most games and apps rotate with the screen, I just can't play wordfeud anymore 
but I strongly recommend trying Launcher 7 for those og Droid users with right side touch screen issues.
