Booting in Recovery

Ok, I have loased SPRecovery abd had Rom Manager also. I have been using SPRecovery for flashing and such. Then I made the mistake of backing up with Clockworkmod in the Rom Manager. Well now when I try to boot in Recovery mode to load a Rom Clockworkmod comes up and I want SPRecovery. What are my options. Can or should I keep both, but how can I pick which one I can boot into Recovery with?

I believe you can flash spr through rom manager
