Boot Strap

is there any way to boot into bootstrap from the off state of the phone, i had put liberty on it, and was having problems calling so i restarted my phone and its all wacky and slow when it boots up

You mean bootloader? If so for future- hold down volume up and down button while holding power button. It will load to our little droid buddy and an exclamation mark. Press the magnifying glass on the slide out keyboard..
